Realme has officially unveiled Realme UI 7.0, its latest operating system based on Android 16. The new UI promises a smoother, smarter, and more personalized user experience. Realme UI 7.0 introduces a refreshed design, enhanced AI-powered features, and performance upgrades.
Design and User Interface
Realme UI 7.0 showcases a "Light Glass Design," drawing inspiration from the aesthetic of Apple's Liquid Glass. This design philosophy emphasizes transparency, depth, and fluidity, creating a visually appealing and immersive experience. The UI incorporates "Ice Cube Icons," which feature a rounded square shape for a more tactile feel. The "Misty Glass Control Centre" provides a frosted, semi-transparent background for the quick settings panel. A dynamic "Breathing Dock" adapts the layout when elements are moved on the screen, offering greater flexibility. Users can also expect redesigned widgets and expanded lock screen customization options. Furthermore, Realme UI 7.0 brings new Flux Theme 2.0, allowing larger text fonts and a panoramic Always-On Display. Users can set live photos and video wallpapers, enhanced by an AI-powered Dynamic Depth of Field effect and customize fingerprint animations.
AI-Powered Features
Realme UI 7.0 integrates several AI-driven features designed to enhance user experience. The "AI Notify Brief" feature summarizes non-urgent notifications for morning and evening review, reducing notification spam. The "AI Framing Master" assists users with photo composition, offering guidance to capture better shots. In addition, the "AI Gaming Coach" provides insights and tips to optimize gameplay performance.
Performance Enhancements
Realme UI 7.0 is powered by the "Flux Engine," which aims to boost device performance and overall system responsiveness. Realme claims that the new Flux Engine promises a 15% boost in system responsiveness and a 29% smoother scrolling experience. Under-the-hood optimizations to the Flux Engine improve overall system responsiveness by 15%, make app scrolling 29% smoother and up daily performance by 22%.
Cross-Device Compatibility
Realme UI 7.0 expands its ecosystem by enabling seamless connectivity with iPhone and Apple Watch devices. Users can view calls, messages, and health data directly on their Realme smartphones. The update also introduces a Multi-task Sidebar, providing quick access to select apps and tools without exiting the current screen.
