Realme is gearing up to launch its latest flagship contenders, the Realme GT 7 and Realme GT 7T, in India on May 27th. The launch event, set to take place in Paris, France, will also unveil the Realme GT 7 Dream Edition. These smartphones promise a blend of powerful performance, innovative features, and stylish design, aiming to capture the attention of tech enthusiasts in the Indian market.

The Realme GT 7 is confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chipset, while the Realme GT 7T is expected to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Max SoC. The GT 7 has already achieved impressive benchmark scores, exceeding 2.45 million on AnTuTu, placing it among the top-performing smartphones. The Realme GT 7 will come with a "Graphene Cover IceSense Design". This design is expected to drop the temperature of the phone by 6 degrees. Both models are rumored to feature AMOLED displays with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals and enhanced user experience. Leaks suggest the Realme GT 7 will have a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 6,000 nits, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. The Realme GT 7T is tipped to feature a 6.8-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 6,000 nits of peak brightness.

A standout feature of the Realme GT 7 series is its massive 7,000mAh battery, coupled with 120W SuperDart charging technology. Realme claims this charging capability can replenish the battery from 1% to 50% in just 15 minutes. The phones will also support 7.5W reverse charging, allowing users to charge other devices. The inclusion of a dedicated "Long-Life Battery chip" aims to minimize overheating and extend the battery's lifespan.

In terms of photography, the Realme GT 7 is rumored to sport a triple rear camera setup, including a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The Realme GT 7T is expected to feature a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX896 main sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. Both phones are likely to feature a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies. The Realme GT 7 and GT 7T are also said to offer several AI-powered features, such as AI Ultra Clarity, AI Best Face, AI Lightning Snap, AI Travel Snap, AI Eraser 2.0, and AI Live Photo.

The Realme GT 7 Dream Edition is also set to debut alongside the standard model. While details about the Dream Edition are scarce, it is speculated to feature unique design elements, customized themes/icons, and special packaging. The Realme GT 7 is confirmed to be available in IceSense Blue and IceSense Black colors, while the GT 7T will come in black, blue, and yellow finishes.

Realme has been actively teasing the GT 7 series, confirming key features such as the Dimensity 9400e chipset, 7,000mAh battery, and 120W fast charging. The company is also emphasizing the phone's gaming capabilities, highlighting stable 120fps BGMI gaming and a GT Boost mode for lower power consumption and higher frame rates. The Realme GT 7 series will be available for purchase on Amazon, the Realme India e-store, and select retail outlets.

While the official pricing is yet to be revealed, speculations suggest the Realme GT 7T could start around Rs 67,000 for the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant, while the Realme GT 7 might be priced around Rs 77,000 for the same configuration. These prices are based on European pricing leaks and may vary in the Indian market.
