Nothing is strategically targeting the burgeoning mid-range market in India with its newly launched Phone 3a Lite, aiming to capture the attention of budget-conscious consumers. The phone officially debuted in India on November 27, 2025, and will be available for purchase starting December 5, 2025. This positions the Phone 3a Lite as a more accessible option within the Nothing ecosystem, offering a blend of essential features and the brand's signature design elements at a competitive price point.

Pricing and Availability

The Nothing Phone 3a Lite is priced at Rs. 20,999 for the base variant, which includes 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. A higher-tier model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is available for Rs. 22,999. As part of the launch offers, customers using ICICI and OneCard banking services can avail of early bird discounts, bringing the effective prices down to Rs. 19,999 and Rs. 21,999, respectively. The smartphone will be available in three color options: Black, Blue, and White. Consumers can purchase the Phone 3a Lite through Flipkart, Vijay Sales, Croma, and other major retail outlets across India.

Key Features and Specifications

The Nothing Phone 3a Lite boasts a 6.77-inch Full HD+ Flexible AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The display also features 2,160Hz PWM dimming for smoother visuals and Panda Glass protection. Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro processor, coupled with 8GB of RAM. The Phone 3a Lite runs on Android 15 with Nothing OS 3.5. Nothing has promised three major Android OS generation updates and six years of security patches.

Design and Other Features

This simplified design retains the Flip to Glyph alerts and personalized light sequences. The phone has an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance and includes an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. It measures 164×78×8.3mm and weighs 199g.

Market Positioning

With the Phone 3a Lite, Nothing aims to provide a unique design, clean software, and consistent performance at a more competitive price. The phone will compete against models from brands like Vivo, Realme, Poco, and Samsung in the mid-range 5G category. By offering a more accessible entry point to the Nothing ecosystem, the brand seeks to expand its reach and appeal to a broader audience in the Indian market.
