The Motorola Edge 60 Stylus has officially launched in India, bringing with it a unique combination of features aimed at boosting both creativity and productivity. A key highlight is its built-in stylus, a segment-first offering, coupled with innovative AI-powered capabilities, most notably the "Sketch-to-Image" functionality.

The Edge 60 Stylus is designed to seamlessly integrate into modern lifestyles, targeting users who value both style and functionality. The device sports a vibrant 6.7-inch 1.5K pOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3000 nits, ensuring excellent visibility even in bright sunlight. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 with Aqua Touch.

Powering the phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage, expandable up to 1TB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 15, with Motorola promising 2 years of OS updates and 3 years of security patches.

In the camera department, the Motorola Edge 60 Stylus features a dual-camera setup on the rear, consisting of a 50MP primary sensor with OIS (Sony LYT-700C) and a 13MP ultrawide lens with macro capabilities. For selfies, there's a 32MP front-facing camera.

The built-in stylus is the centerpiece of the Edge 60 Stylus, enabling users to sketch, take notes, and navigate with precision. It also unlocks advanced AI-powered features like "Sketch to Image," which transforms rough sketches into detailed, AI-generated visuals within Moto Note, Motorola's note-taking app. Furthermore, the device incorporates a "Handwriting Calculator" that interprets handwritten formulas in real time. The stylus integrates seamlessly with Moto Note, allowing users to start note-taking or sketching immediately upon removal, even without unlocking the phone. The stylus supports handwriting-to-text conversion and the creation of animated messages via Live Message.

Beyond "Sketch to Image," the Edge 60 Stylus boasts other AI-driven features, including:

  • AI Styling: Matches the phone's wallpaper to the user's outfit or style.
  • Instant Shopping: Glance AI for instant shopping.
  • Catch Me Up: Provides concise summaries of missed notifications.
  • Pay Attention: Listens, transcribes, and summarizes audio in the background.

The device also integrates with Google Photos AI, providing access to features like Magic Eraser for object removal. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) built into Moto Note allows users to extract and digitize text from handwritten or printed material.

The Motorola Edge 60 Stylus comes with a 5,000mAh battery and supports 68W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging. It features an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance and MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability. Other features include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and face unlock.

The Motorola Edge 60 Stylus is available in PANTONE Surf the Web and PANTONE Gibraltar Sea colors with a leather back. It is priced at Rs. 22,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant and will be available for purchase via Flipkart, Motorola.in, and leading retail stores starting April 23rd. Launch offers include discounts with Axis and IDFC Bank credit cards and benefits from Reliance Jio.
